Semi-automatic band saw machines are powerful automatic band saw systems for high-precision sawing of large-section workpieces. The machines operate in automatic mode, which includes: material feeding, material clamping and sawing. For precise high-quality cutting, the machine is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders and reinforced with a frame. The hydraulic system provides material clamping and lifting/lowering of the frame. The massive design of the machine ensures the sawing of heavy solid materials without vibrations. The inverter allows you to optimally adjust the speed of the belt web in accordance with the workpiece. The built-in strain gauge controls the tension of the belt web. In the basic configuration, the sled is equipped with an upper clamp for batch cutting.
Band saw hand machines are a manual band saw with a hydraulic frame lowering system. The band saw machine is designed for sawing solid blanks and profiles.
