CNC band saws are automatic full-cycle band saws, with a hydraulic drive of the saw frame and hydraulic vise. Band saw machines are designed for sawing solid metal blanks and profiles. The machines are equipped with a SIEMENS CNC control system. On this equipment, you can set the number of cuts, as well as their length. The PLC system remembers several programs, which is very convenient when you need to cut parts of different lengths from one workpiece. The cutting accuracy is 0.2 mm. The massive construction ensures the sawing of heavy solid materials without vibrations. The inverter allows you to optimally adjust the speed of the belt web in accordance with the workpiece. The built-in strain gauge controls the tension of the belt web.
